Man mistakenly sexts entire contact list; lands in jail

Evans, a 24 year old swimming coach from Birmingham, England, accidentally sexted every on his Blackberry's contact list. This included 2 teenage girls, ages 13 and 14. The court decided to sentence him to 18 months in jail for "causing or inciting a child into sexual activity." His lawyers appealed to this decision in a court higher up in London, and Evan's sentence was reduced to a 9 month suspension... Not bad.
